Hi, I’m Georgia (she/her), a psychologist dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where you can explore, process, and be your authentic self.
I’m passionate about supporting people across regional Victoria and ensuring that mental health care is accessible, affirming, and tailored to each individual. My approach is open-minded, validating, and gentle—providing a space where you feel truly seen and heard as you navigate life’s challenges.
Ways we can work together
I support clients aged 6 and up, working with children, teens, adults, and older adults. Whether you're experiencing ongoing struggles or facing a new challenge, I offer support in areas such as:

How I work
Therapy should feel like a space where you can unmask, express yourself freely, and feel truly accepted. My approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and intersectional, meaning I work with an understanding of how different life experiences, identities, and systemic factors shape mental health.
I tailor therapy to each individual, drawing from a range of approaches based on what works best for you. My goal is to meet you where you’re at and provide the tools, insights, and support that empower you to move forward in a way that feels right.
Nightminds Psychology is a LGBTQIA+ safe space.
