Traralgon: My consulting room in Traralgon is located on Level 1 of the Traralgon Business Centre (55 Grey Street, Traralgon). Wheelchair access is accommodated for via lift access. Free on-street parking is available along Breed Street and along the front of the Performing Arts Centre across the street. Disability parking can be found alongside the front of the Performing Arts Centre.

Pakenham: My consulting room in Pakenham is located at 2/52 Main Street, Pakenham. There is a free on-site car park available, as well as on-street parking nearby. It is a 10-minute walk from the Pakenham Station.

Appointments are also available via telehealth, which can be conducted via phone call or a video call link.

There are bathrooms, including wheel-chair accessible bathrooms, available at the Traralgon and Pakenham locations.

Stimming, soft toys, blankets, sensory tools etc. are welcome in sessions. You are not expected to make eye contact, sit, dress, or communicate in any specific way; please engage in whatever way is most comfortable for you. I have some sensory tools/fidgets available.

If you have any specific sensory, communication, or accessibility needs/questions, please let me know and I will accommodate these wherever possible.

Session fee: Nightminds Psychology is a private practice, which means that there is a fee for sessions which will need to be covered by the client.  Payment is due on the day of the appointment. For further information on the fee structure, please contact us.

Note: Fee subsidies will be considered for clients on concession and/or experiencing financial hardship wherever possible, or alternatively, low-cost alternative psychology service recommendations will be provided.

Medicare Rebates: Where a client has a current Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), a Medicare rebate of $96.65 on up to 10 sessions in a calendar year can be accessed by the client. This means that the client will still need to pay the full session fee upfront, then the rebate amount will be reimbursed to the client's bank account.

Funding options:

• NDIS: Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS clients can use their funding for sessions, should psychology be included in the plan.
• Private Health Insurance: Depending on your policy, you may be able to be reimbursed an amount by private health insurance. Please speak with your insurer to clarify whether your policy has coverage for a generally registered psychologist. Please note, a Medicare rebate and PHI reimbursement cannot be applied to the same session (i.e. must be one or the other).
• WorkCover: Clients with valid WorkCover approval for psychology appointments can use this at Nightminds Psychology.
• TAC: Clients with valid TAC approval for psychology appointments can use this at Nightminds Psychology.

Monday: 9:00am-6:00pm

Thursday: 11:00am-6:00pm

Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm

Telehealth appointments can be scheduled within the above hours, or additionally:

Tuesday: 12:00pm-6:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am-12:00pm (once a month)
